What happens next?
We should all continue to take action to lift up the women in our workplaces and encourage them to live up to their potential. Not out of charity, but because diversity of thought strengthens everything you do as a business. Get this right and the rewards will be yours.

They change the dynamics of decision making – positively. Having them involved in any project, particularly creative and comms projects, strengthens what you create, because gender balance encourages balanced thinking, precipitates healthy challenges and yields more thoroughly considered outcomes. Cindy Gallop says that ‘Women challenge the status quo because they are never it’ — that in itself is a powerful reason to bring them on board. Because disruptive thinking leads to progress.
