All around us every day we hear and see change in how we do things. Whether it is the Starbucks App that means you order and pay for your coffee before you arrive at the store so you just walk in and collect it or lying on a beach and setting your Sky+ recording for the next series of your favourite show. Has the world of HR kept up with the wider world? Do we engage with our employees in the ways they communicate with their friends and colleagues?
