We all know how important it is to respond to applicants and the "old" black hole was when technology failed to register an applicant. Hopefully these days this is rare.  The new black hole is all about poor quality contact/engagement.  This is where we have a registered jobseeker and don't engage with them with meaningful, brand based quality content. The real crime is to send JUST jobs, how will that ever allow a great applicant to increase their desire to join. Wise up guys
