Rejection is difficult enough to deal with in any situation. But when you’ve had to interview for a new position that you really want, and you’ve been rejected, it can really knock your confidence... It doesn’t help by the fact that it is now widely discussed amongst recruitment and HR professionals that the best talent, is passive talent.
