Today at the HR Networks Conference in Edinburgh @tmpworldwideuk shared research and insights into the candidate experience and how there is a clear disconnect between how important organisations believe they value candidates and the real experince that jobseekers receive.

The frustrations of employers with candidates and vice versa were clearly shown from TMP's research and there is a lot more employers can do so that the talent pipelines they create can be converted better into more great hires.

In addition TMP showed how there are potential "moments of truth"  in different candidate journeys where you could make more effort to secure more of the best candidates. 

Examples of great moments included the Chatbot on the AA careers website, the realistic job preview for BA and the Virgin Money immersive assessment experience.
