In our world of recruitment, many organisations would agree that a highly targeted email campaign is an efficient way of reaching candidates. And it's not surprising given the fact most of us are rarely without a smart device where emails tick in instantly. 

Just remember to make the call to action mobile friendly. If you expect a potential candidate to switch from a mobile device to a stationary computer in order to start an application, read further information or register for something, you must be either supremely confident that your candidates are prepared to do that or risk a significant drop-off in interaction.
