Facebook's new video feature is geared towards letting users discover more videos outside their feed. it'll soon be possible to see a new Watch tab that will offer a range of shows, some of which have been funded by the social network. These shows may be more 'factual' based such as cookery shows, but yet to be seen. It will be introduced in the US first.

What does this mean to talent attraction?  Hard to say yet. However, it is yet another proof that video content is a key driver on social media and that FB is seeking to strengthen its offering.
