In recruitment we're often of the belief that we need to have humans interviewed and transacted by other humans, but this has a cost which is often too high, especially for volume hiring. So what if we can replace a lot of these interactions with an experience that mimics humans? Part of that problem in the past has been the ability for an AI to understand the candidate and what they may be thinking and feeling but the latest facial emotion/expression recognition software is getting us much closer to this reality and may promise to reduce our hiring costs.
