It comes up time and time again at HR/Recruitment conferences but are companies doing enough to fix their candidate experience? Why is there focus elsewhere? How can they expect to land their EVP or any other critical people projects if they cannot get the basics right around the candidate journey?

We all need to walk in the candidate's shoes, building empathy into how we treat people should be something we care about enough to prioritize otherwise we are simply reducing candidate experience to a buzzword.
