Lower-level salespeople's jobs include activities such as scheduling meetings, qualifying leads etc which doesn't directly contribute to an organisation's revenue - and AI can automate these tasks. Chatbots - which are available 24/7 - can take over the information gathering tasks and even integrate with social media.
