Really excited to see UK hiring managers rating the following as top trends for 2018:

 - enabling a diverse workforce to improve culture and boost performance

 - reinventing the interview process to better understand the candidate and to reduce interviewer bias (using things like VR assessment and job auditions)

 - Improved data usage for better hiring decisions

 - AI to source, screen and nurture candidates, saving time and removing bias

These certainly align with where we're focusing our efforts so good to see that there is a demand for change.
