Interesting research from Deloitte that highlights that employers that set out to actively manage their employer brands will have unfair advantage in the 'war for talent'. From refining candidate experience and greater use of storytelling & video through to greater staff advocacy and hire for culture fit and attitude - as opposed to track record - all influence reputation and better hiring. 

Seeing that research by The Firm at the start of 2018 highlighted this as HRD's top priority for investment, we can only expect to see the gap between the leaders and the laggards to grow.
