Last year I was told by many that AI was 5 years away from significantly impacting on recruiting. 12 months later and my team have been trailing Hiring Solved and Arya with some really encouraging results.

I still believe the sourcing process is a mix of science and art and although I can see many opportunities by using AI sourcing engines, I can’t help but think there must be more straight forward opportunities to use AI in the recruiting process.
