An article from a few months ago but relevant for me now as part of some work I'm doing in relation to inclusive recruitment processes. It would be great to see some research around who in particular this approach appeals to and who might be put off by less traditional approaches to recruitment. Whilst we see lots of reference to 'graduates' preferring this type of approach it seems there is room for better understanding the potential impact on any more specific applicant groups.
More than eight out of 10 job seekers in the UK would like companies to adopt more unorthodox recruitment methods such as the use of escape rooms and “speed dating”.
