It's with a heavy heart that I share this article and report findings from the Guardian. The report conclusively outlines the shocking levels of discrimination that has not subsided since the late 1960s. 

I remember when I started out studying HR in 1997 and the big cry was for organisations to see diversity as a business issue. Since then initiative after initiative, business case after business case, has been made but to no avail. 


Many steps are being made and they are to be saluted. I'd love to talk more about what's working and not working in your company. We've had some impressive results with our revolutionary assessment approach but we all need to be doing more.
