Interesting to see that there is still a mistrust of HR in the workplace given the shift in the profile over the year's of HR from being 'Personnel' to having a seat at the boardroom table. I wonder if that mistrust is driven by the 'old' perception of the HR team just dealing with 'the payroll' or employee relations matters and nothing more. 

As a Branch Chair for the CIPD I'm constantly in awe of some of the strategic projects people in my HR network are delivering, projects that will impact on the future performance of their organisation. So let's try and win those over who are sceptical and show the value we really add to an organisation!
