It was a huge surprise to see this in the today's Daily Telegraph! There is so much noise on this topic of women in the board room and the progress that has and is being made that the approach outlined in this article undermines much of the hard work that some organisations are putting in.  But the facts are the facts. In the data driven world of work we need to see the evidence that attitudes are changing and the value of true diversity is being recognised and realised.
