Interesting to see that the publisher Haymarket has launched an EVP Index to provide businesses with insights around their employer brand.

Whilst it’s a relatively lite tool that doesn’t provide external perceptions or leadership view on the desired profile of future workforce, it’ll give some useful feedback around employee engagement/satisfaction and ‘total reward’, compared to sector peers. 

And as the research is conducted by 'Best Companies' there'll be a UK ranking published this summer.

Recent TMP Worldwide research indicates that only 50% of employers believe they actively manage their employer brand. 

This means there’s clearly room for more employers to take an active approach around articulating & communicating their proposition.
