With 75% of people globally trusting their own employer, people are more informed and vocal about what they will accept from businesses.  A lack of trust in an employer can lead to a lack of engagement and employees choosing to leave. 

The latest stats show that almost 50% of people are expected to change employers in the next 12 months with this in mind it's crucial that employers get their 'People Deal' right. It should outline what they expect from employees but more importantly what employees can expect from the organisation. Being clear about the 'give' and the 'get' can have a huge impact on how engaged employees are within the organisation.
