In the run up to International Women's Day a recent review into women's rights highlighted that despite some progress no country has achieved gender equality. 

Celebrating women's achievements in the next few days is a stark reminder for some organisations that they should involve women in making and shaping decisions that affect their business. Recent research shows that women still account for less than 20% of executives in the FTSE 350.
