With organisations feeling the impact of COVID - 19 they have had to adapt their usual working practices in order to create safe working environments for all employees. With many working from home and the reduced reliance on face to face time means that employers and employees are findings new ways to communicate with each other and their customer base. With this in mind what could this mean for our future workforce. 

It could mean that organisations look to widen their talent pools and become more inclusive to those that are geographically isolated, have a disability, those with care taking responsibilities or those who may feel subjected to discrimination in the workplace environment.
