It's almost impossible for everything not to relate back to the current situation but good will come from it in the workplace, I'm sure. 

One area is employee engagement, as this article highlights once a year to gather data and numbers isn't telling the whole story.

The current situation is enabling more conversations, more thought about what colleagues are doing and might need support with, more understanding of the current engagement in the workforce and a more consistent connect for employers and employees.
