As organisations attempt to work out what normal will look like for them and their work forces moving forward, it seems that a number of roles are emerging as key in terms of supporting both infrastructure and people. 

If these predictions are true, competition for these professionals is likely to heat up (or, in some cases become even more intense). So, it’ll probably be worth organisations taking a look at their employee value propositions and employer brands to ensure they deliver an employment experience designed to retain them.

And for those organisations who don’t yet have some of these roles, they might be worth the investment – which for smaller organisations means considering how you scale them (or allocate some of the responsibilities that sit within them) to gain most benefit.
