With the return to work causing anxiety in many employees, organisations are starting to look at what the workplace might look like post Covid.
Organisations have had to swiftly adapt during the pandemic. Flexible working, communications and awareness of the employee as a person have had to shift to meet the needs of the organisation and its employees.
But where does this leave us post pandemic? Organisations can't expect to go back to 'normal'. Agility in terms of flexibility, supporting work life balance will have a positive impact on the wellbeing and engagement of the workforce. Agility in terms of technology, changing the need for office workspace, and continued use and development of platforms such as Zoom will all impact workplace culture.
