Leaders have had to embrace new skills and ways of working for a few years. With the current climate and the prevalence of the Internet and online sharing becoming ever more so, it has brought about the need for leaders to embrace different ways of leading.
The skills and mindset needed in today's world mean that leaders need to embrace a new direction of leadership, step outside of their comfort zone and stop trying to lead with perfection. A combination of new skills and a change in mindset will be needed to lead others into the future!
