This list just released, is one of the largest ever conducted and one of the first to rate employees satisfaction with their employers' Covid-19 response. It details some of the more unusual perks offered and how flexible working is here to stay.
There has also been a significant increase in supporting the well being and mental health of staff. What this global survey does show is organisations that look after their employees will reap the rewards when it comes to engagement, loyalty and attracting and retaining the most talented people.
Employees were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their own employers to friends and family. They were also asked to evaluate other employers in their respective industries that stood out either positively or negatively. Additionally, participants were asked to rate the companies on aspects such as image, economic footprint, talent development, gender equality and social responsibility.
