Recent research highlights that 45% of HRD's believe that the biggest challenge in delivering a great employee experience in the next 12 months is consistency. Whether working remotely or office based it is key that employees feel the same experience and engagement with the organisation. 

With more employees working from home due to the current crisis the focus needs to move away from physical to digital interventions that can support this new way of working. 

Organisations should look to focus on managing their employees on outcomes rather than focusing on presenteeism and obtaining status updates. Investing in digital infrastructure and connectivity will be key to achieving this along with collaboration and clear communication.
