The world of work has changed significantly in the last 12 months, recent thinking suggests that when we do get back to some sort of normality the skills that are needed to be successful in the future may need to change. Tomorrow's success will require more and different skills, therefore we may need to build talent we may not already possess.

From Curiosity to Openness and Entrepreneurship to Empathy, Resilience, Action, Optimism and Imagination these new skills will be key in how we embrace the new world of work! 

So what does this mean for hiring and how we assess candidates in future. Do organisations need to re consider how and what they assess during the recruitment process?
