This chimes with a series of recent interviews of HR leaders by PeopleScout, which identifies that whilst there’s a clear focus on attrition in volume and niche roles, pandemic fatigue is causing senior talent to start looking elsewhere.

And recent research by Microsoft, the 2021 Work Trend Index, showed that 41% of the workforce is considering leaving their employer this year.
