About Me

CIPD qualified and with over 17 years' experience in HR and resourcing, Simon started his career as a HR trainee in the NHS. Joining the recruitment solutions business TMP Worldwide in 2001, Simon has spent time in both the UK and Asia Pac region, bringing a global perspective to talent acquisition and engagement. 

Now as Managing Partner, Simon is a strategic advisor to HR and Talent Leaders creating impact by connecting talent and business strategies to drive high performance. 

Working with corporate clients across a range of diverse sectors, Simon leads an award winning team responsible for delivering impressive outcomes for clients across a broad range of sectors, most recently the innovative approach to recruiting talent for Virgin Money which swept the board as Work of the Year at the RAD Awards and Grand Prix at the CIPD RMAS in 2015.
